We are delighted to learn of your interest in using our product, which we know will provide comfort and security not only for yourself but also for each of the members of your family.
Our systems are very easy to install and we include with the unit that is forwarded to you, step by step instructions for installation. Each of the units is preprogrammed with its own numerical identification number, which appears automatically when the system is activated.
It is extremely important that you provide us with the most complete details possible, both when you order the systems and also when you provide is with the information that we require on your Client Profile Form. Both of these forms are available on the Web Site and may be E-Mailed or faxed directly to our office. The system has been designed to require that each box on the form be completed correctly. In the event that you have any difficulty at all, please feel free to call our National Office at 1-800-565-9135 and our staff will be happy to assist you.
You will note that for security purposes, we are recommending that once you have decided to install a unit, financial details should be discussed over the phone to insure confidentiality. Our offices are staffed from 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. Atlantic time, Monday to Friday, however if this is not convenient to you, we would be pleased to call you when and where you wish, seven days a week.
