The primary objective of any association with a company such as Medic Aid Response Systems® is obviously to earn additional income. As indicted by the financials provided, this is easily attainable with the proper effort expended by the Service Administrator to attain clients.
The Company, through our association with you, expects to install a minimum of three new clients each month. This target has been attained and exceeded by several of our Distributors, Dealers and Service Administrators, with the necessary effort being expended. To achieve this target, a mix of different product lines is acceptable. This might include both the selling and leasing of units. The following example demonstrates your revenue flow.

It is important to remember that each monthly lease repeats itself, every month. Therefore in the second month, you not only receive the revenue from your new clients, but also the monthly lease revenue from your previously installed clients. It should however be noted that "YES", some of your clients will cancel their service should they pass away or transfer into a seniors residence. It is a slow growth business with the average age of our clients being about 86.6 years and the longevity of their use, of a system, about 2.7 years.
It is obvious that multiples of any configurations similar to that as stated above will be extremely beneficial after a reasonably short period of time.
The Company also provides favorable terms for short and long term leasing/purchasing of products. These are revenue producing assets from which returns are quickly realized.
After a period of several years of operation, dealers who have sold their individual territories have doubled their original investment and earned a goodwill value of their business of a minimum of one year's revenue from lease contracts in operation.

Assignment of Territory or Territories
The Company will assign to each Service Administrator an area with a population base of approximately 75,000 in which to provide service to clients. In the Service Administrator Agreement terms of performance are clearly stated to ensure the continual growth of the Company and protect the well being of each member of our team. In the unlikely event of non performance by the Service Administrator, the Company will provide due notice of default and reserves the right to re-assign the territory.
Should any person wish to acquire a protected territory with all the rights to become the Distributor or Dealer of note, the Company should be contacted to discuss the terms and conditions, the price for which, is determined by the population of the area involved.
How Can I Become Involved?
Start up kits are available for purchase through Medic Aid’s head office. This kit will allow representatives to become familiar with the products and their benefits. Once the representatives are familiar with the product lines they are equipped to begin their new venture!
